You'll forgive me if I ramble a bit. I did have a blog for over a year some time ago. I'd wander about and something would strike me as interesting and then I'd come home and write a few paragraphs. That site went as many do in this cyber dimension and in the interim I have been for the most part keeping my opinions to myself. No more.

What has happened since that time? The political world has gone to hell in a hand cart. The future is looking gloomier than ever on a dozen different fronts and I still can't lose weight.

On the plus side Kindle publish has gotten so easy that I have given up on trying to get someone else to publish my work and have begun to do it myself. You see most of my day dreams and opinions historically have come out as fiction. 

Who do I write like? I write like someone who began writing before spell check and had to spend a lot of time substituting words I knew how to spell for words I did not know. This means my style can be deceptively simple. My subject matter, not so much.

I was once told by an agent "I love your stuff but I don't know how to sell you." That's my life in a nut shell.

I'm going to try and do this at least once a week. Lets see how long I last.
